Renovation of a municipal facility in Merrill, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will consist of installing owner-provided 40 ton Air-Cooled Condensing unit and DX evaporator coil. Contractor will furnish and install the following: 1) associated suction and liquid line refrigerant piping; 2) Miscellaneous cushion clamps, piping, fittings and valves; 3) Contractor shall be responsible for evacuating and charging with R410A refrigerant; 4) Contractor shall insulate all lines and perform other required tasks regularly associated with this type of work. Lincoln County will be responsible for removing the old unit and making electrical connections. The Lincoln County Service Center building is a two story brick structure built in 2008 and home to Lincoln County government offices. Sales Street at 1:30 PM the same day.
