Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Washington, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Partial WWTP Demolition Removal of all equipment piping supports, stairs, grating and other appurtenances within and adjacent to noted structures. Partial demolition of selected structures, piping, manholes, and other miscellaneous structures, including full demolition of all sidewalks hydrants, light poles, trees, shrubs and other items. Filling demolished structures to obtain finished grades as indicated on the Drawings. Grading, site stabilization, removal of screening equipment, removal of clarification equipment, and other associated general construction. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $175,000. The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2022 ; General Conditions on or before October 28, 2022.
