Renovation of an educational facility in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
UIT invites you to submit a proposal for: A. Structured Cabling Services: Deliver, install, test, commission, warranty and document the proposed Structured Cabling System to include daily moves, adds and changes (MAC's) and projects for wired and Wi-Fi networks. In addition, University of Houston may utilize contractor(s) for cabling projects that may vary in size and scope and can include outside plant wiring. and/or, B. Security Systems Services: Design, deliver, install, test, commission, warranty, training and document the proposed Security Systems to include daily moves, adds and changes (MAC's) and projects for security systems (surveillance cameras, intrusion detection systems, and personal protection systems). In addition, University of Houston may utilize contractor(s) for projects that may vary in size and scope. and/or, C. Audio/Visual (AV) Design and Installation Services: Design, deliver, install, test, commission, warranty, training and document the proposed AV Systems to include daily moves, adds and changes (MAC's) for academic spaces and projects for academic/administrative spaces. In addition, University of Houston may utilize contractor(s) for projects that may vary in size and scope. Additional information is available under "Section 6.2 Services to be Performed".
