Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 25, 2025, an engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Woodlawn Road is a major collector roadway in the central portion of the County located in close proximity to two designated evacuation routes and major collector roadways (State Road 16 and US1). Improvements will provide for vehicular and pedestrian safety by increasing travel lane width, adding paved shoulders, curb and gutter, and sidewalks along Woodlawn Road from SR-16 to just North of White House Boulevard, a distance of approximately 1.1 miles. Respondents must obtain and review the {RFP/RFQ} Documents for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, evaluation and award/contract requirements The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
