Technical Submission (suggested 16 pages) 2. Completed and Signed Proposal Submission Form (Schedule 2) 3. Proof of Insurance: Each Respondent should provide a Certificate of Insurance that shows or a letter from their insurer which confirms that they can obtain all the required types of insurance in the amounts set out in the draft agreement. If the Respondent is a Multi-Party Entity, then the Respondent should submit Certificates of Insurance or letter(s) from the insurer(s) stating that each party to the Multi-Party Entity can obtain the required coverage. Certificates of Insurance and letters from insurers must reference the RFP number on the document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
