Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane Valley, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The full scope of work is outlined in the Contract Documents. In general, the project is a new 27,500 sf structure of concrete slab on grade, structural steel and wood frame, glulam beam, and wood joists with wood decking, rigid insulation, and a single ply roof membrane. The exterior walls are constructed of wood framing and sheathing with continuous rigid insulation and metal panel or CMU exterior finish. Mechanical systems consist of electric condensing units VRF fan coils and DOAS for heating and cooling. Site work includes excavation, on-site drainage, paving, curbs, walks, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation system, as well as coordinated connections to existing sanitary sewer, water, power, gas, and telephone, provided by others. The project estimate is approximately $11,000,000. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in the Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required.
