Budget Numbers for Insurance Purposes a. General Construction Contract – Budget $2,000,000 b. Plumbing Contract – Budget $60,000 c. Mechanical Contract – Budget $250,000 d. Electrical Contract – Budget $290,000 e. Demolition Contract – Budget $100,000 The project is tax exempt and New York State prevailing wage rates will apply. The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in response to this bid solicitation. 1. Demolition of an approximately 3,000 square foot, slab-on-grade building, with concrete unit masonry exterior walls and wood framed roof and partitions. 2. Construction of a +/- 7,200 square foot New Fire Station. Scope of work includes site work, general construction, plumbing work, mechanical work, and electrical work. 1. Commencement Date: Approximately March 14, 2022. 2. Building Enclosure: September 1, 2022. 3. Substantial Completion Date: March 31, 2023 + 14 days for final completion
