Properly prepare all exterior surfaces of the Dolby Regeneration Medicine Building exterior stairways including, stairs, handrails, structural supports systems, and all associated structures. The Contractor shall apply the coating system as indicated herein and, in a manner, prescribed by these specifications and the manufacturers printed application instructions. Full containment is required as per SSPC/Guide 6. Class 1 containment is required with 100% VOC/HAPS and HEPA particulate containment. Estimated construction cost: $600,000 - $700,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Addendum #1 & #2 have been issued as of 5-25-2022. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of the Contract can be summarized as follows. Work of the Project includes the Contractor to properly prepare all exterior surfaces of the Dolby Regeneration Medicine Building exterior stairways including, stairs, handrails, structural supports systems, and all associated structures. The Contractor shall apply the coating system as indicated herein and, in a manner, prescribed by these specifications and the manufacturers printed application instructions. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and design services to construct scaffold and coating of the exterior structure identified in the Contract Drawings and Specification herein. C. Contractor's use of the Project site for the Work and storage is restricted to the areas designated on the Drawings and Specifications for this project. D. Intent of new Work is to match existing in all details. Original products no longer available should be replaced with similar materials.
