Plans call for a full building seismic retrofit, renovation to basement level to create a new gait lab; renovations to first and second floors to create new office spaces and campus support spaces. Work will include but may not be limited to selective demolition including hazardous materials abatement as required; new construction including new partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes and installation of new platform lift, modified mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data, security and fire alarm systems, removal and installation of new roof; repainting of entire exterior of the facility, construction of new van accessible parking space, and minor exterior modifications including a new retaining wall. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 4-15-2022. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
