The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to obtain a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and supervision to conduct replacement of the existing Bryant and Trane model HVAC systems and render operational a new/unused Trane or Agency approved Equivalent located on the grounds of Douthat State Park, Douthat State Park Road, Millboroa, Virginia, 24460 Contractor shall provide a fixed price bid to include the following minimum specifications to replace the existing (6) six each specified units below with like and kind per specifications: A. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Main Office (HP1) Bryant, 5 ton, Model 697CN060A/SN0698E02701 with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 2. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Main Office (HP2) Bryant, 3 ton, Model 697CN036B/SN4497E03585 with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 3. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Creasy Lodge(32) Trane, 3 ton, Model 4TWB3036C1000AA/SN14206RN3BF with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 4. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Beach Complex Trane, 2.5 ton, Model 2TWR3030A1000AA/SN719377H4F with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 5. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Beach Complex Trane, 5 ton, Model 2TWR3060A1000AA/SN71731JT2F with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 6. Contractor shall provide, install and render operational Beach Complex Trane, 3.5 ton, Model 2TWR3042A1000AA/SN7201NS22F with new/unused Trane or Agency Approved Equivalent matching the specified Seer Air handler and condenser units and heat strips to match the KW and number that are existing to replace entire existing system. 7. Contractor shall provide and install new/unused applicable refrigerant line, fiberglass or equivalent pad, and programmable thermostat. 8. Contractor shall provide and install new/unused supply and return transitions, condensate drain pan and condensate piping outside building foundations. 9. Contractor shall install New/Unused 16 seer unit with matching air handler including auxiliary heat strips with comparable KW number to the existing unit. The tonnage of the heat pump unit and air handler shall be comparable to existing unit size as to not require new duct work to be installed. 10. Contractor shall repair any ductwork to the units being replaced that is currently damaged or missing to ensure proper system functionality. 11. Contractor shall remove existing units from the premises and dispose in accordance with all local and national standards. All refrigerants shall be handled in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with the Clean Air Act. 12. Contractor shall enlarge openings where necessary to install New/Unused unit. 13. Contractor is responsible for any carpentry needed to enlarge access openings including trim and finishing matching existing woodwork.
