The scope of work will include construction and/or improvements for milling and resurfacing existing roadway, drainage improvements, storm sewer repair, sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavement markings, related appurtenances, maintenance of traffic, and site restoration. In general, this includes pavement restoration of approximately 1,500 linear feet (+/-) of Hazel Street from First Street to Fifth Street and pavement restoration of approximately 1,200 linear feet (+/-) of Liberty Street from Washington Street to State Road 8. The work to be performed and the bids submitted, including any and all separate and combination bids, shall include sufficient and proper sums for all General, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Installation, Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Taxes (both Federal and State), Permits, Licenses, Insurance, Service Costs, and so forth, incident to and required for the construction of the facilities.
