Bids are requested for tree removal, stump grinding and disposal services from qualified contractors, as per the specifications contained in the attached documents. The City requires a completion date for locations on the attached excel spreadsheet entitled, "968-88-35 Tree Removal and Stump Grinding List" by April 1, 2022, weather dependent. The City reserves the right to award one contract or multiple contracts at the City's sole discretion, as it deems in its own best interests. On-site inspections to verify scope of the project (as provided in the attached spreadsheet) may be completed by each bidder, at their own time and expense prior to submitting a bid response. All information in a bidder's proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof. Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information.
