Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Manchester, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to establish a contract to Design, Build and Install Four (4) Baseball/Softball Dugouts at Manchester Valley High School, 3300 Maple Grove Road, Manchester, MD 21102. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, and services required to design, build, and install four (4) baseball/softball dugouts at Manchester Valley School, all in accordance with the provisions of this Request for Proposal and as outlined in the enclosed specifications. A mandatory duplicate hard copy is to be received no later than February 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Failure to deliver a hard copy of the price proposal within the allotted time frame, may result in the rejection of a bidder's proposal, even if the original price submittal was received on time. On-site work may commence June 1, 2022 and shall be completed no later than August 5, 2022. Scheduling will be coordinated with the contract administrator after award. If the work is not completed by the completion date, then the contractor shall work after school and/or on weekends. Bonds are not required.
