The Town is seeking qualified vendors to mill and overlay streets within the town. Street Projects: R-26-1 York Street as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Apply Recyclable Petromat Enviro (or approved equal) o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-2 Augusta Road from Bachman Road to Rachelle Road as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-3 Wertz Avenue as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-4 Bachman Court patch as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-5 Tulip Way patch as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-6 Nevada Drive and Southwestern Avenue patch intersection as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. R-26-7 Church Street and Long Lane patch intersection as marked: o Two (2) inch mill. o Two (2) inch overlay topcoat. Completion date for this project shall be on or before Friday, November 21, 2025 Liquidated Damages are set at $500 per business day for this contract. The Performance Bond shall be in the form of a bond to the Town of Manchester, in the amount of 100% coverage of the total bid.
