Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Hoffman Skanska LLC, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for PDX TCORE - Western Terminal Expansion ("Project") being performed for The Port of Portland ("Owner") requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package #26.2 - Drywall, Deplaning Finishes & Envelope Statements made at this meeting by representatives of the Contractor, Owner, Architect, Engineers, and/or others are not binding and do not change the RFP documents or bidding requirements unless such statements are confirmed by written Addendum to the RFP. Bidders to note: Bid Items #3 - Ext Metal Panels & Flashings, #5 - Doors Frames & Hardware, #9 - Drywall (deplaning), and #10 Drywall (enplaning) have MINIMUM SBE PARTICIATION REQUIREMENTS in order to be considered a Responsive Bid. Bidders to read RFP closely for requirements. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. Construction is underway. *Budget of total project: $950,000,000 There will not be a public opening of bids. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Owner's Representative. Last day for questions has changed to END OF DAY FEBRUARY 16, 2022.
