Request for Proposal RFP #22-026 Request for Parking Lot and Paving Improvements Spring Valley Elementary, due Tuesday February 3, 2022 @ 2:00 PM CST. Midway Independent School District is seeking responses from qualified vendors. RFP documents may be viewed/downloaded at www.midwayisd.org/Page/139 and submitted to Midway Independent School District Purchasing at 13885 Woodway Drive, Woodway, Texas 76712 before the time and date listed above. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The Project includes pavement, grading, and drainage improvements in three areas at Spring Valley Elementary and one area at Hewitt Elementary. The Base Bid consists of the east drive loop extension and the north drive addition at Spring Valley Elementary. Add Alternate Bid 1 includes the northwest parking lot addition at Spring Valley Elementary. Add Alternate Bid 2 includes reconstruction of a portion of driveway at Hewitt Elementary. PRE-RESPONSE QUESTIONS. All questions regarding clarification or interpretation of the CSP must be submitted in writing by the Proposer by February 3, 2022. No questions will be addressed unless provided in writing. The District will provide a response to questions as appropriate to all proposers who have received a CSP directly from the District.
