The Town of Fairfield on behalf of the Fairfield Police Department (FPD) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to install new emergency equipment to various as specified. Questions concerning conditions, bidding guidelines and specifications should only be directed in writing to Ms. Corinne M. Dyer, Senior Buyer: CDyer@fairfieldct.org The successful bidder, within seven (7) business days after notification of award, will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bond provided by a company authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Connecticut, or Certified Check or properly executed Irrevocable Letter of Credit equal to a hundred per cent (100%) of the award. The Town of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof. The following are the minimum requirements without any deviation: Facility must be within 25 miles, and/or one hour of travel time of the Fairfield Police Department (100 Reef Road, Fairfield, CT 06824) 24 hour on site emergency repair required Federal Signal Manufacturer company supplier and installer State of Connecticut V9 license and may be required upon request to provide proof of all applicable licensing, certification, etc., necessary to perform the work as part of this contract.
