Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Oro, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Replacement of Culvert BX-10 on Line 10N. The Work includes: - Removal of an existing 2.5 m span, cast in-place concrete open footing structure, including all attached concrete wingwalls. - Construction of a new, 3.2 m span x 2.1 m rise, precast concrete box culvert. - Construction of new MSE retaining walls. - Management of the watercourse during construction to allow the Work to be completed in-the-dry. - Approximately 80 m of roadworks, including asphalt removal, excavation, granular placement, and regrading of the roadside embankment to achieve a stable embankment. - Restoration of the site upon completion of the Work. A digital copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from the Contract Administrator via email free of charge. A hard copy of the Bid Documents is available by request only, and can be obtained at the office of the Contract Administrator, R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited, 128 Wellington Street West, Suite 301, Barrie ON L4N 8J6, for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 (including HST), payable via cash or cheque only, to R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited.
