This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by Sheridan College ("Sheridan") to prospective bidders to submit bids for B304 & B314 I.T. Closet Cooling at Davis Campus. Scope of work for the project includes but not limited to: Supplying and installing Fan Coil Units (FCU), thermostat, ducts & grills, condensate, and chilled water pipe. Providing power and data for new condensate pump and connection to new Fan Coil Units (FCU) to existing standby generator power within the space. Patching and painting penetrations within walls and fire stop where necessary. Ceiling tiles should be replaced if damaged during renovation.
