Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 1,600-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The intent is to develop the existing green field areas at Gore Meadows East Community Park (the Park) into an exciting, bold, fully accessible space containing a premier cricket pitch, two tennis domes, a tennis building, pickle ball courts, a skateboard park, playgrounds, two junior soccer fields, outdoor fitness areas, and a comfort station with a surrounding area containing seating and shade. The new premier Cricket Pitch, as well as a second cricket pitch, will be constructed within the park and both the new and existing Cricket pitches will be lit for evening use. All areas of the new park will be accessible to users of all ages and abilities, and available for recreational programming all in accordance with the City's standards.
