Construction of a new downtown transit hub which is intended to increase the capacity and quality of transit service in the city by potentially doubling the number of bus bays and featuring passenger and operator amenities such as ticketing areas, indoor waiting space, washrooms, lunchrooms, concessions, and covered platform waiting areas. TIMELINE: Transit Project Assessment Process (TPAP), Environmental Project Report (EPR), and preliminary design are ongoing. Further update may be confirmed early 2026. Budget is an estimate.
