The Work to be bid consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the Construction of: Rosemont Street Extension The Work is generally described as follows: Extend Rosemont Street approximately 300 LF which includes 1- Installation of BMP (Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Best Management Practices), 2- Demolition, removing and replacing of unsuitable subbase material. 3- Grading of roadway and ditches. 4- Installation of permanent grassing. 5- Installation of drainage system which includes ditches, miscellaneous reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and rip rap. 6- Installation of 12 inch PVC and tie-in. 7- installation of 6" deep GAB road base and 1.5" asphalt concrete GDOT 12.5 mm superpave surface. 8- Construction of 14' wide 12.5 mm asphaltic driveways. 9- Survey and as-built. 10- All testing needed for this type of work to comply with all GDOT and City Specifications.
