Base Bid Description: Replace existing high mast lighting with LED. Project Address: 22010 Cold Creek Road, Indian Springs, Nevada Contract Time: 46 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $1,197.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Important: See 'Additional Description' section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting. Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'Nevada Department of Corrections Security Clearance Forms' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for details on obtaining a security clearance. 1. replace all existing light fixtures (10) at each high mast pole with new fixture heads as specified on drawings and specifications. 2. replace all existing branch circuit conductors for high mast lighting within pole from circuit breaker at base of pole up to fixture heads. 3. replace existing circuit breaker at each pole with new circuit breakers of same ratings and characteristics. 4. replace existing lowering device assembly for high mast light fixtures in its entirety with new as specified on drawings and specifications.
