To provide all labor, materials, supervision, training, complete mechanical maintenance service including corrective and preventive maintenance, hardware monitoring, hardware and software maintenance, emergency service, inspection, battery replacement and replacement of worn or defective parts, including devices for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Unit (PDU), and Rack Cooling System per specifications and requirements for Broward County Transportation Department (BCT) and other Broward County agencies that may have need for these services according to the specifications and requirements. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Federal Transit Administration Requirements: The successful Vendor is required to complete all of the applicable forms found in Federal Transit Administration (FTA) United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Funding Supplement Requirements and Certification. Bid Allowance: This solicitation includes allowances. It is not necessary to add the allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on final bid tabulation. Bid Allowance Amount: $5,670.18 Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquires must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Contract duration: 1 year
