Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Water Treatment Plant Operations at Everglades Holiday Park for the Parks and Recreation Division. The vendor is cautioned that, although the site visit is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the pricing because of the failure of the vendor(s) to have visited the site. Job site visitation is strongly recommended; submission of a bid will be construed that the vendor is acquainted sufficiently with the work to be performed. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Q & A deadline: Feb 11, 2022 5:00:00 PM EST County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Basis for Award: Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors Section M. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through website by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via online. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope for technical assistance.
