Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) compliant emergency installation and repair Services for Water and Wastewater Systems. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by Group. Refer to Special Instructions for additional information. Interested bidders are required to bid on all items of the Group to be considered for Award of that Group. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. The bid allowance amount of $26,000 will be added automatically to each vendor's bid in Bidsync. Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors, Section J, Allowances for additional information. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G.
