Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hayward, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The work consists, in general, of intersection improvements of various City streets, including full-depth HMA spot repairs, wedge grinding, HMA leveling course, crack sealing, micro- surfacing, placing HMA overlay, installing curb, gutter, and sidewalk, installing curb ramps, installing a raised crosswalk using rapid-set concrete, adjusting utility frames and covers to grade, prune tree roots, pavement striping, signing, traffic signal modification, lighting installation, and performing other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, and as specified in the Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions.
