California State University, East Bay (CSUEB) is requesting qualification statement from qualified engineering firms to provide consulting services (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil) for multiple projects under a Task Order Service Agreement for Multiple Projects - Master Enabling Agreement (TOSA-MEA). The firm must be licensed in the State of California. Any questions regarding this RFQ should be directed via email to Chris Lam-Vasquez, chris.lamvazquez@csueastbay.edu no later than 2:00pm on April 29, 2022. Responses to questions will be sent to all RFQ holders by 2:00pm on May 3,2022. California State University, East Bay (CSUEB) is requesting qualification statement from qualified engineering firms to provide consulting services (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil) for multiple projects under a Task Order Service Agreement for Multiple Projects - Master Enabling Agreement (TOSA-MEA). The firm must be licensed in the State of California. The successful firms will be issued a TOSA-MEA with a not to exceed value of $400,000 for a period of one year, anticipated from July 1 2022 thru June 30, 2023. Qualification and issuance of a TOSA-MEA does not guarantee work on campus. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
