Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide Concrete Pad Installation Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Prevailing wage applies. DIR registration is required. Mandatory walk through required. DVBE (5%) The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2022, or Upon Approval Whichever is Later through March 31, 2023
