Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Whitemarsh Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Township Upper Dublin Township will receive sealed bids for the 2022 Concrete Curb and Sidewalk Bid which involves the replacement of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and driveway aprons on various streets in the Township. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Requests for clarification are due Friday, January 28, 2022 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Contract Work will be completed between April 1, 2022 and July 5, 2022 unless extended/changed by the Township A Performance Bond at least equal to fifty (50%) percent of the future estimated value of work assigned to the bidder, which shall continue as security to the Township for the complete and faithful performance of the project by the successful bidder, as provided by Law; and (2) A Payment Bond at least equal to fifty (50%) percent of the future estimated value of work assigned to the bidder which shall continue as security that all material suppliers and subcontractors are paid.
