Questions Due Date: Jun 21st 2024, 11:00 AM EDT 2024 Road Micro Surfacing Program Polymer Modified Emulsified Asphalt Paving (Micro Surface) of approximately 105,000 SY of full-width roadway to variable depths. Type A Micro Surfacing, Single Application with an ad alternate of a Double Application, with crack seal prep furnished and installed. ALL Micro Surfacing and Crack Sealing Work MUST be Done Within the Period Between July 31st & August 16th. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Dublin Township, or a bid bond in favor of Upper Dublin Township, in an amount equal to at least ten (10%) percent of the bid price. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect or informality not material to the integrity of the bidding procedure or to a bid, and to accept the most reasonable and responsive bid that is in the best interest of the Township.
