FILE NO. 22-04096-01 Loch Alsh Avenue & Fort Washington Avenue Water Main Replacement The work generally consists of the construction of an interconnection to North Wales Water Authority's distribution system along Fort Washington Avenue and installation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 12-inch water main to Ambler Borough's treatment system located along Loch Alsh Avenue in Upper Dublin Township. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual and Drawings. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Questions Due Date: Sep 5th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Online Portal Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Messages/Vendor Discussions The Borough of Ambler reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
