The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for a project specific Open-end agreement for the services indicated below: This work is for Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, and Construction Support Services for the replacement of the Kedron Avenue Bridge over Stony Creek (BMS#23-0420-0080-0000) in Ridley Township, Delaware County, and replacement of Dreshertown Road Bridge over Br. Sandy Run Creek (BMS#46-2024-0020-0810) in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. The design work tasks anticipated for this agreement include but are not limited to: survey, line & grade, drainage design, public involvement, environmental clearance, safety review, TS&L, H&H report, design field view, right-of-way plan, pavement design, final roadway plans, structure foundation report, final structure plans, erosion and sediment pollution control plans, permitting, traffic control plan, pavement marking and signing plan, utility engineering, constructability reviews, and bid package preparation. Right of Way Acquisition Services are not anticipated for this agreement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
