Request the supply of a pre-fabricated wastewater treatment plant, pumps, fiberglass wetwell, and all related appurtenances for the City of Northlake. Treatment plant must meet the following requirements: Design Flow: 125,000 gallons per day (gpd) Peak Flow: 500,000 gpd Influent BOD: 300 mg/l BOD-5: 10 mg/l TSS: 15 mg/l Ammonia Nitrogen: 3 mg/l DO: 4.0 mg/l Chlorine: 1.0 mg/l after 20 minutes detention time at peak flow Direct questions regarding distribution of Contract Documents, and the design of the 16-inch water line to Preston Dillard, P.E., Halff Associates, Inc., at (817) 764-7504 Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, oracceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security mustbe payable to Town of Northlakein the amountof five (5%) percent of the bid submitted.
