Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hillsdale, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work involves the removal and installation of heating equipment and supporting electrical systems at various schools. One prime contractor will be awarded for all of the work. The project includes removal of various heating equipment in approximately 25 classrooms, kitchen make up air units at 3 locations, and the installation of a new roof top unit which will serve a multi-purpose room. The provisions of the Davis-Bacon (Michigan) Prevailing Wage Act will apply. Questions and comments by Contractors for inclusion as Bidders shall be addressed to Elizabeth Seppo, Project Engineer, Mende Engineering Solutions, LLC. by e-mail at Elizabeth@MendeEngineeringSolutions.com. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bids shall accompany each proposal. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid date. Additional bond requirements are listed in the bid specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bid proposals which they feel to be in their own best interest.
