Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mitchells, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PURPOSE The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one company to Remove and Replace the Well End Pump and Pipes of Well#1 at Coffeewood Correctional Center SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS (SPECIFICATIONS) The Contractor shall: o Furnish all labor, parts, equipment, and materials, to Remove existing Well - Motor, Pump, and Pipes and Replace with new Pump, Pipes and new Franklin 25hp 460/3ph Motor with the Motor supplied by Coffeewood Correctional Center. o Replace with a pump end capable of producing 220gpm@345 Ft TDH and 315 ft. of schedule 40/4 inch galvanized pipe, inch check valve, 320 ft. of 1/4 air line,, 330 ft. of #8 submersible pump cable and miscellaneous items as required. o Price to include: Labor for the removal and installation, parts, equipment, and materials, including Crane rental, disinfection of line after repair.
