Reference Number 0000216136 Source ID FD.CC.ON.862549.C101249 Job Location 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB Bid Intent Not Available Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at 4 Wing CFB Cold Lake, Alberta for two (2) years from the date of establishment of the Source List with, if mutually agreed, one (1) optional one (1) year extension. Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s): Underground civil work including sewer repair, sewer replacement or broken sanitary lines. General civil work including road/airfield work such as asphalt and concrete repairs. DCC may utilize QRT's and URT's for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00. All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attend any site visits must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time. The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this Source List are identified in the Technical Document. The Source List may be used for all commissions in support of underground civil and general civil construction work with various security clearance requirements (none, DOS, FSC SECRET, etc.). Contractors will require the appropriate security clearance level to be considered for each opportunity to bid. Note, underground civil work is less likely to have projects with security requirements although this is not guaranteed.
