The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 16 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 80 Water Street, Brockville is an 8-storey apartment building in need of a roof upgrade. The roof consists of the four sections, the main level, two stairwells and one mezzanine roof. The main roof area consists of flood and gravel. The successful proponent will be responsible to complete the roof replacement of the building located at 80 Water St W, Brockville, Ontario owned and operated by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The County will be responsible for disconnecting, dismantling, packaging and disposing from site the photo-voltaic (PV) system along with all associated components. The PV system will not be re-installed after the completion of the roof replacement. The successful proponent will be required to provide hoisting the packaged PV system to ground level as part of the scope of work.
