Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Cascade, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
As of February 11, 2026, this project is going to be delivered through a progressive design build delivery system. An RFQ is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2026. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The project scope of work is set forth in the Request for Qualification (RFQ) documents. The project consists of constructing a 30,000-35,000 square foot new hospital to be located on an 8-10 acre parcel near downtown Cascade, Idaho. The Architects services shall include comprehensive architectural and engineering services. Proposals received after the due deadline will not be accepted. Cascade Medical Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all defects and irregularities in the proposal process except time of submitting a proposal. The successful offeror, if any, will be the offeror offering the best value for Cascade Medical Center based on the published selection criteria provided in the proposal documents and on its evaluation in accordance with Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 28. As of January 25, 2022, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
