Furnishing the seasonal requirements for helically corrugated pipe with rerolled ends and sectional plate pipe, arches and pipe arches. The undersigned agrees to furnish the following material requirements from the date of award until March 1, 2023 unless stipulated otherwise. All prices quoted include delivery to the Gratiot County Road Commission garages or at any location designated within Gratiot County. All materials shall meet or exceed the requirements of the Current Edition of the Standard Specifications for Construction of the Michigan Department of Transportation with the exception of the gauge thicknesses required below. The supplier of materials shall provide certification reports upon request that materials provided to the Gratiot County Road Commission meet the requirements of the Current Edition of the Standard Specifications for Construction of the Michigan Department of Transportation. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid they deem in the best interest of the County Road Commission. Bids received after the stipulated time will be returned unopened. The Board also reserves the right to bid other corrugated culverts, pipe arches, multi plate pipe arches and other large culverts on a per project basis. Prices shall remain firm through March 1, 2023. This contract can be extended only if mutually agreeable between the supplier and the Gratiot County Road Commission, under the terms and conditions provided herein.
