This project is for fine grading, and Bituminous paving of interior roads and parking areas in Gratiot County's ReedPark near NorthStar, Michigan. This project is for HMA paving of the interior roads and parking areas of County Park, NorthStar, MI. The Improvements covered by these Plans shall be done in accordance with the Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction, 2012 Edition, and as specified herein. Hubscher Park will be open to two-way through traffic. The completion date for this project shall be November 15, 2022. Work shall commence within 14 days of notification from the Gratiot County Parks and Recreation that construction can be started.
