The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received BIDDER hereby agrees to commence the WORK under this contract as soon as the contract is signed and to fully complete the project by a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days after signing the contract. Structure #1 is a restaurant building located at 710 East Dixie Avenue. This structure is a single story building that is approximately 2,200 square feet. The structure is a slab on grade. Structure #2 is a church building located at 902 North Mulberry Street. This structure is a multiple story building with a steeple and a basement. The total building is approximately 12,600 square feet. The contractor shall provide minimum lot grading to ensure that water does not stand on the site. The water shall be directed toward the existing drainage along North Mulberry Street. Structure #3 is an industrial building located at 226 College Street. This structure is a multiple level building. The total building is approximately 65,600 square feet. The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of road stabilization as detailed on the attached structural documents. All work shall be inspected by the structural engineer of record and the building inspector prior to demolition work beginning.
