The Scope of Work shall consist of the removal of the existing concrete roadway and the installation od new asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter and ADA ramps. This work will also include streetlights, drive and street approaches and all other work necessary to provide for a complete project and as included in the construction schedule and specifications for the work described. the project included approximately 2.759 linear feet of woodmere drive in the meadowbrook addition. Bid Proposals shall be completed and properly executed on the bid form and must be accompanied by an executed Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96, Confirmation that copies of Addenda were received and satisfactory bid Security. A certifies or cashiers check payable to the city of New haven or a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All Checks of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned upon the selection of Successful bidders. the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The City of New Haven Boards of Public Works and Safety reserve the right to reject any ot all bids, to waive ant in formalities in bidding and to award contracts in the best interest of the City of New Haven. The City of New Haven Boards of Public Works and Safety reserve the right to reduce project scope to meet any budget limitations of any were to arise.
