Site work for a water / sewer project in Troutdale, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement and relocation of the City Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 2. Work elements include, but are not limited to, the following: Installation of 6-ft diameter wet well with duplex submersible pump system (each pump 340 gallons per minute, 5.5-horsepower), valve vault and associated valves and piping, connection to existing force main, bypass piping connection, stand-by power generator (20kW, natural gas), station site improvements (grading, fencing, asphalt surfacing), and related mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work; Project No. 483.148.001 Demolition/removal of existing pump station facilities with conversion of existing wet well to flowthrough manhole and installation of new gravity sewer pipe to new wet well. All work must be completed within two hundred ten (210) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. PREVAILING WAGE: This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
