Questions and requests for clarification related to this Work shallbe directed to the project engineer, Stuart Finney, P.E., S.E, KPFF, 111 SW FifthAve, Suite 2600 Portland, OR 97204, 503-764-0549, Stuart.Finney@kpff.com The work on the Sandy River Frontage Trail and Parks project generally consists of the following on-site work: - Construction of 225 LF elevated boardwalk with concrete piers, steel structure, and related infrastructure. - Construction of three separate public park play areas including all related site improvements (some fixtures to be owner furnished contractor installed) - Construction of 1551 LF on 12-ft wide asphalt paved multi-use trail with gravel shoulders - Construction of rock French drains and related pipe and rip rap pads. - Installation of 28 new pathway lights and all related electrical improvements. - Installation of new lighting within the elevated boardwalk. - Installation of 200 LF of new 6" storm drains and related improvements - Installation of 1145 LF of 4" sanitary sewer pipe and connection to existing mainline. - Installing of 990 LF of 2" potable waterline, meter and connection to existing mainline. - Asphalt, sidewalk, curb, and landscape restoration On-site work is to be substantially complete within ten (10) months from the notice to proceed.
