Proposals will be received in accordance with Instructions to Proposers and the Proposal form at the set time. Proposals received after the specified closing time will be returned to sender unopened. The RFP in PDF format may be obtained, at no cost, by sending an email request to Rene Cotton at renec@lftairport.com and Jennifer Comeaux at jenniferc@lftairport.com. The LAC does not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of the RFP. All equipment is brand new in which a formal site visit will not be conducted; site plan is attached as Exhibit C in the complete Request for Proposal.
