Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

To construct six new skilled nursing and small homes for veterans along with the required infrastructure. The Contractor is to complete the construction of six individual living homes/units of approximately 10,000 square feet each with courtyards and accessible gardens. Each living homes/ unit is to have common areas with a kitchen/ pantry and large living and communal space including dining, laundry and meeting room surrounded by twelve individual sleeping rooms with private baths. A new generator and switchgear will be installed on the site along with a small maintenance building. There are new wide pedestrian pathways to each home with new driveway access. There will also be roadwork revisions on South Broadway which is a state owned roadway.
