Renovation of an educational facility in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: 1. Replace the existing Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and associated panels, relocation of manual pull stations for ADA mounting heights, and replacement of fire alarm strobes for device compatibility as described in the specifications and drawings. 2. Remove all electrical conduit and conductors disconnected during construction and not re-used. 3. All existing fire alarm control panels, terminal panels, and panel modules to be removed shall be turned over to the Owner, unless determined otherwise. The contractor is then responsible for appropriately disposing of this equipment. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $90,000-$100,000 *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
