The Construction and Installation of a Prefabricated Containerized Fire Training Structure at the Department of Public Works Complex A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), must be submitted with the bid, guaranteeing that if a contract is awarded, the bidder will execute the contract and deliver the bond(s) required by the Contract Documents.
