**As of March 11, 2022, this project has been awarded to Connell Resources and the awarded amount is $14,467,493.85.** Description of Work: Phase 1 of The Ranch's Master Plan implementation consists of this infrastructure bid package for the relocation of Arena Circle, construction of Andalusian Road, extension of Clydesdale Parkway, and signalization and improvements of two Fairgrounds Avenue intersections. Regrading of detention ponds and construction of a 24-inch transmission waterline for the Fort Collins Loveland Water District are also included. The work consists of 64,000 CY of unclassified excavation, 65,400 CY of cement treated subgrade, 26,500 tons of aggregate base course placement, 24,500 tons of hot mix asphalt paving, 3,700 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, various concrete flatwork, electrical street lighting, 5,700 linear feet of 24 inch diameter watermain, two signalized intersections, various landscaping and associated irrigation systems consisting of 28,000 linear feet of irrigation piping, other miscellaneous and associated site work, and necessary traffic control.
